Dang… no more October entries.  Yeah it’s a shame, but I had fun writing them!  We’re in a new month though, so let’s go back to the fun unpredictability of randomness, shall we?  Let’s begin.

Have you ever had a morning where you wake up and are suddenly in a mood to watch some old cartoons?  Because that totally happened this morning.  There I am, starting off my day as usual with the green tea detox drink.  I’m enjoying it, relaxing and whatnot, and then right out of nowhere… I suddenly have the urge to watch some Looney Tunes.  I don’t even question it, I just go right over to my media shelf and get a video tape.

There’s a reason I have cartoons on video tape.  While I do have some animated stuff on DVD, it’s the Looney Tunes that I prefer on VHS, largely because some DVD releases have poorly restored cartoons.  Check this article out and you’ll see what I mean.  Basically, some restoration techniques have been horribly misused.  Some blu-ray releases of Looney Tunes, however, seem to have properly done restorations from what I’ve read, so I’ll have to get those sometime.

Heh, there’s so many things I want to get.  You know that feeling?  Who doesn’t feel that way?  That’s the better question.  I’d say it’s very universal.  Nah, “very” isn’t the right word.  Extremely!  Yeah that one’s better.  I’m a 90’s kid, so it’s all the more fitting that I say “extreme.”  Everything pretty much had to be extreme in the 90’s.  I might’ve mentioned this before, but I feel like it’s only right that I mention it again.

I’m feeling it.  This really feeld like one of the early entries in that sense.  It’s loose, heavily improvised, and overall fun and lighthearted.  Not only that, but this is exactly how I like my Fridays.  It’s all about the fun, and that’s always been the feeling ever since I was a kid.  Those nights of watching abc’s TGIF lineups may not be coming back anytime soon, but I like to think that the spirit lives on through my own personal enjoyment.

Plus, I always do a thing where I tweet out a Steve Urkel GIF every Friday.  I’ll change it up every now and then, though. On Friday the 13th, for instance, I tweeted out a thing of… oh well here’s a screenshot of it.

That was a fun one.  And then on the Friday when Stranger Things season 2 was released, I did something a bit similar as you’ll see here.

Yeah, I had nothing else to do but hey, it was mostly for my own amusement.

Hey ya know something?  I like this.  I like the idea of looking at random tweets I’ve done and talking about them.  Maybe do a little commentary or explanation behind the thinking or something.  It’s a cool idea, I may have to explore this further.  And come to think of it, I’ve also thought of doing something extra with movie live tweets.  I did a live-tweet last year when I was watching Independence Day and had a lot of fun with that.  What if I did something like that and then maybe look at the tweets and make jokes about my reactions?

It may sound silly, but hey I don’t hate the idea.  There’s only one way to find out how it’d work, but length is a concern since the live-tweets last until the movie is finished.  I’ll definitely look into this though.  And if it doesn’t work, I’ll defenestrate my computer and phone for having come up with such a silly idea.

Anyway, this has been a fun entry.  I’ll have to do these more often, freeform entries that are a lot more loose and unpredictable just like the early entries.  Hope you had fun reading!  I’ll see ya next time, so take care and have a great night. o/
